Who can use this service

The facility is for people aged 65 or older who require constant nursing care (level 3 or higher, or level 1 or 2 but qualify for special admission) and who have difficulty living at home due to illness or disability.
The decision on the order of admission by the Admission Review Committee is influenced by factors such as the situation of other people on the waiting list, the number of people leaving the facility, room adjustments based on gender, timing, and the balance of users. Therefore, the order of admission is determined on a case-by-case basis. You won’t know until you apply.

VISION

Director of the Institute for Independence and Support

We aim to constantly improve the condition of our clients by providing care based on independence-supportive nursing. Independence-supportive nursing care focuses on improving ADLs and dementia by addressing four basic areas: fluids, excretion, meals, and exercise.
Until now, the primary task of nursing care has been assisting clients with tasks they cannot perform themselves. However, in the future, nursing care facilities must become places where professionals provide scientifically-based care with the goal of improving clients’ conditions, working alongside medical professionals. We believe one of the roles of the Independence Support Laboratory is to develop and train such professionals.
