We made butterbur miso in the Meiwakai kitchen.
Butterbur sprouts harvested in Shintotsukawa Town
It was carefully crafted by the staff at Butsufushi Kitchen.
As part of support for the Noto Peninsula earthquake
They will be sending butterbur miso to the disaster-stricken areas.
General sales will be at Green Park Shintotsukawa
