New Employee Training

Apr 12, 2024
New employees for 2024,
For mid-career employees hired in FY2023
The training took place over five days.
During the training, we learned about supporting the elderly and people with disabilities.
How to approach them?
How to support
Learning using VR is a new experience for me.
What are the perspectives and feelings of the elderly and people with disabilities?
It was an experience that allowed me to think subjectively.
At the beginning of each training session, we held an ice breaker.
I was able to exchange opinions with staff of various ages and become friendly with them.
During the facility tour, we learned about the direction each facility is heading in.
What kind of initiatives are you taking?
I was able to hear what is important to them in their work.
Everyone has their own strong opinions,
In the final discussion at Nishikawa School, we talked until the very last minute,
I felt that many staff members were able to remain calm even during heated discussions.
