We were invited to the "Shinno Family Cafeteria" by students from Shintotsukawa Agricultural High School!

The members of the Food Specialist Committee who were invited to this event were:

They are committed to reducing food waste and promoting local production and consumption, and are actively researching recipes that use fresh vegetables and crops grown at school.

It was a wonderful moment where I could feel the passion that went into the food.

This is the first time the Shinno Family Restaurant has been held in five years!
