We are releasing the third interview video of new employees who joined Meiwakai last year.

This time, we asked new employees working at headquarters to talk about their work, what makes it rewarding, and their future goals.

The facility has a capacity of 100 people and is a single-story building, with private rooms, double rooms, and quadruple rooms available. The facility is divided into four groups, and dedicated staff are assigned to each group, so that we can carefully respond to as many of our users' requests as possible. This is the next generation of care based on independent support care, going beyond care that only cares for the elderly (special nursing home). *For more information, please see the Independent Support Research Lab.

Care houses are private room-type facilities that allow people over 60 years old to live freely and in their own way, with consideration given to privacy. Residents are free to go out and stay out overnight, and are free to participate in events and recreational activities. In addition, we take various measures such as nursing care prevention and health observation. Professional care staff are always watching over the residents.

With a small number of residents (9 people per unit), we create a homely environment that is easy for each resident to live in and foster "familiar relationships." Our staff will help you reduce anxiety and forgetfulness, and maintain a calm mental and physical state. In addition, residents will work with staff to take on roles that they have previously experienced in their home life, stimulating their potential. In this way, we can bring out the abilities that the elderly have almost lost, help them find their own roles in communal living, and realize a calm and enjoyable life.

The Kagetsu Support Center, run by the Meiwakai Social Welfare Corporation, provides services as a life care support facility as well as after-school day care services for children.

Home Pinne, run by the Meiwakai Social Welfare Corporation, is a communal living support center. We respect the individuality of each and every user and provide support to help them increase their capabilities.

Job Support Synergy is a welfare service that enables people with disabilities who are anxious about or finding it difficult to find employment in a regular company to receive a certain amount of support and work after signing an employment contract.

Flavor Country, a social welfare corporation run by Meiwakai, is a Type B business that provides support for continued employment. We help our users develop their strengths and help them move up to general employment.

As the only special nursing home in Totsukawa Village, this facility is for people with dementia or disabilities who have difficulty living at home, and who in principle require care level 3 or higher. We will support you so that you can continue living in Totsukawa Village.
